In the last few weeks, we have been working on a new customer service direction and the final result is the Support Desk. It is now live and active. There is a Knowledge Base full of useful information on Carderizer, order processing, tips, product details, ideas, frequently asked questions,  instructions and even a section for promotional pricing and coupons. The most useful feature however, is the support ticketing and contact system. Users can use the system without an account or register for a free account in seconds for better service and support.

Networking is essential for every business and brand to be successful.If people don’t know about a person or the product they are looking to promote, how will anyone benefit?In this economy, new businesses have to work harder in order to be noticed.  For those established but struggling business, finding new and inventive ways to maintain and grow customer base becomes necessary.

Marketing Basics
Having plenty of business cards on hand is standard these days, even if the objective is not about making money. You never know who you might meet on the street or at an event who can open up new opportunities for you. Anyone who has taken a business class has heard that distributing fliers, paying for ad space and creating press releases is necessary to get the public’s attention. This is true but not as convenient as having a business card. The portability factor alone is one big benefit that business cards have.

Setting up artwork for transparent business cards are exactly the same as standard paper prints with the exception of “zero white”. This means that there is no white ink with CYMK printing. So if your artwork has pure white (#ffffff), it will not show on the final printed frosted or clear cards. Those areas where your artwork has white will be completely transparent with the clear cards and semi-transparent with the frosted cards. Any other color on your artwork will be printed accordingly.

We have made some small but useful changes to our basic templates. All pertinent details and instructions are right on the PDF template files. These design templates are “blank”, meant to be used as a guideline / canvas to create your own design or use existing artwork to edit for perfect sizing, parameters and bleeds.
