Support Desk Now Live
September 27th, 2011In the last few weeks, we have been working on a new customer service direction and the final result is the Support Desk. It is now live and active. There is a Knowledge Base full of useful information on Carderizer, order processing, tips, product details, ideas, frequently asked questions, instructions and even a section for promotional pricing and coupons. The most useful feature however, is the support ticketing and contact system. Users can use the system without an account or register for a free account in seconds for better service and support.
