By purchasing and ordering with Carderizer.com, you agree and are bound by the following terms and conditions:
All business card orders will be paid in full in advance. Orders made through the Carderizer.com website will be processed by Authorize.net or PayPal.
Every request must be made to Carderizer in WRITING within 2 business days of receiving the product (verifiable with the UPS / Fedex / USPS tracking system). After these 2 business days, the customer fully accepts the product and any refunds or reprints are not valid.
A 25% fee will be charged for all orders that are canceled during the production (printing) time. Refunds and cancellations can not be made during transit / shipping / delivery periods.
*Starting from 3/1/2010, the cancellation fee for orders canceled during the production / shipping time, will be 75%. The client will not receive the product and only receive 25% of the original purchase price.
Refunds and reprints on received orders are based on a case by case basis. The process is usually quite simple and fast. Please contact customer support for details.
Orders placed after 1 pm EST on any business day will begin production the following business day - assuming the artwork files / proofs have been accepted and approved. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Shipping time is NOT part of turnaround times and should be adjusted accordingly.
Turnaround times begin when the actual business cards begin print production; not when the order is made or when your files have been sent. Turnaround times are different from product to product and are subject to change with out notice. Individual turnaround times are available on each product page. Additional time may be added to orders if options are applied. Carderizer does not guarantee turnaround times.
Carderizer is not responsible for delays caused by machine or facility malfunction, fire, water, strikes, theft, vandalism, war, riot, civil disorder, accidents, action of government or civil authority, acts of God and other causes beyond our control. We also assume no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Our expected delivery date is not guaranteed.
Customers are 100% responsible for the accuracy of your design artwork files and should proof each job carefully. Once design files are received, Carderizer assumes no responsibility of the accuracy of those files. However we always review each and every file one at a time for optimization before sending to print. But any issue or problem with the final result will be the customer's responsibility resulting from said files. Digital proofs are only sent if; We had to make physical changes to the files or a customer requests one.
Because of differences in equipment, paper, inks and other conditions between color proofing and production pressroom operations, a reasonable variation in color between color proofs and the completed job is expected. When variations of his kind occur, it will be considered acceptable performance.
Carderizer prints every business card in keeping with "pleasing color" standards for the printing industry. Carderizer makes no guarantee that the color you see on your computer monitor or your color printer will approximate your finished piece printed via the CMYK process. Wide variation in color spaces, technologies and calibrations of different monitors and printers may preclude an exact match.
This guarantee does not apply to errors in customer-supplied digital files, including, but not limited to, poor or low resolution photographs, improper color model, missing fonts, defective file formats, incorrect copy or corrections that were not noted on your proof approval form. While we do strive to assure "pleasing color" standards, we cannot guarantee the printed piece will exactly match the colors on your screen or printer.
If the customer places an order and opts out of the "Digital Proof" feature, Carderizer is not responsibile for any difference or design changes from your artwork to the final print product. There is no way for us to confirm with the customer of the validity of the files / artwork to be printed. Digital proofs are free.
If you feel your final, printed job does not meet your specifications and that the error is due to a defection workmanship or materials, you must notify Carderizer within 10 business days of receipt.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold Carderizer, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders, vendors, partners, employees or assigns harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by a third party due to or arising out of content submitted, posted or transmitted through Carderizer, customer violation of the terms and conditions detailed here, or customer violation of the rights of a third party.
